Housing Alert!

The official CHEST 2012 housing bureau is Experient, Inc. It has come to our attention that housing agencies presenting as hotel booking agents for CHEST 2012 have been contacting exhibitors and attendees to solicit hotel reservations. Experient is the only official housing agent for CHEST 2012. No other housing company or travel agent is authorized to place hotel reservations on behalf of the ACCP. Reservations made through any other agency cannot be guaranteed by the ACCP and may result in loss of deposit, additional charges, incorrect placement, or inflated room rates. Please follow the housing directions detailed on this website only to avoid unsatisfactory service.

The following housing information applies only to attendees and their guests. If you are an exhibitor, see the page for exhibitor housing information.

Housing Policies

A limited number of rooms are still available. If you still need a room, contact the housing bureau before October 12.

Hotel reservations must be made through Experient, the CHEST 2012 housing bureau, by September 21, 5:00 pm (CT), to receive discounted room rates shown below. Within 72 hours of making hotel reservations, you will receive an acknowledgment from Experient. If you need a hotel confirmation number, contact your hotel after October 12.
Individuals and groups of 9 or fewer should make room reservations online with Experient. Groups of 10 or more should book by fax or mail using the Attendee Group Housing Form.
Reservation Cutoff: September 21, 5:00 pm (CT). A credit card is required to guarantee your hotel room.
Reservation changes or cancellations must be made in writing to Experient by September 21. After October 12, all reservation changes and cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. New reservations will be subject to space and rate availability.
Reservation Cancellation Policy: For reservations canceled after September 7, 5:00 pm (CT), a cancellation fee of $300 will be applied to the credit card on file.

Complimentary shuttle service will be available to and from the convention center for daily scientific sessions and exhibits and to and from the Atlanta Marriott Marquis and all CHEST 2012 hotels for special event functions. Look for signs posted at the hotels for specific information.
